- Answering incoming calls and handling customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Updating internal systems with accurate and timely information
- Providing regular updates to customers regarding their queries and claims
- Managing customer queries from start to finish, ensuring a high level of service
- Assisting with claims queries and escalating issues where necessary
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous office-based experience is highly desirable
- Confident, reliable and able to pick up systems quickly
- A team player with a customer-focused approach
