Location: Birmingham (with UK-wide travel)

The Role
As a Contracts Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for managing your assigned projects across all phases — practical, contractual, and financial. You'll play a key role in coordinating labour and materials, ensuring high standards of work and safety, and maintaining strong communication with clients.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, ideally with experience in roofing or general construction. Training can be provided for candidates with relevant transferable experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations with agreed profit margins
- Liaise with clients and attend site meetings
- Manage projects in line with programme, specification, and budget
- Allocate site labour and resources appropriately
- Procure materials, plant, and vehicles as required
- Ensure compliance with company technical standards and H&S policies
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks
- Monitor progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Complete necessary documentation, including risk assessments and method statements
- Maintain professional standards across all project staff
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and leadership skills, ideally with experience in roofing or general construction. Training can be provided for candidates with relevant transferable experience.
Essential/Preferred Skills:
- NVQ Level 3 (or similar) in construction-related trade
- CSCS card holder
- SSSTS or SMSTS certified
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working at heights
- Confident IT skills for documentation and client communication
- Excellent awareness of H&S and construction site practices
