- Maintain confidentiality and secure customer data.
- Contribute to improving the customer experience.
About you:
- Proven customer service experience.
- Familiarity with banking/CRM systems.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and work both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in banking, retail, or SME sectors.
- Knowledge of Consumer Duty, GDPR, and the Data Protection Act.
