Compensation Package:
  • Base Salary: AED 302,462 per annum
  • Housing Allowance: AED 115,000 per annum
  • Flight Allowance: AED 5,200 per annum
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 25% of annual salary

Hours: Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 5pm


Are you an experienced sales leader ready to make a significant impact across the Middle East market? We are working on behalf of a leading international organisation to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Manager to take ownership of capital equipment sales across the region.

This senior leadership role is key to driving business growth and market expansion, overseeing a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic customer partnerships across multiple territories including Turkey and the wider Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and inspire a regional sales team with a strong customer-first approach
  • Take full ownership of annual sales targets, budgets, and performance plans
  • Strengthen market presence through proactive territory management and strategic growth initiatives
  • Work closely with sales agents and partners across key geographical locations
  • Drive pipeline development, customer engagement, and sales conversion across all product lines
  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and client quotations in line with business processes
  • Build senior-level relationships with key customers and partners
  • Continuously monitor market activity, competitor trends, and identify growth opportunities
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on development, accountability, and results
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies, governance, and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven track record in a B2B capital equipment or technical solution sales environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-regional sales teams
  • Confident communicator with excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages beneficial
  • Highly adaptable, commercially astute, and driven to exceed targets
  • Culturally aware and experienced in Middle East market dynamics
