Commission: Uncapped – Expected earnings of at least £1,000 to £1,500 per month
Total salary per annum with OTE is between £35,800 and £41,800 depending on commission earnings.
Location: Coleshill, Office-based
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday | 8AM TO 4PM (1/2 hr lunch) | 37.5 hours per week
Holidays: 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 2 years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make a minimum of 50 calls per day to potential customers.
- Research customer information to generate leads and opportunities.
- Update and manage the CRM system to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Organise and schedule customer visits for the sales representatives.
- Find and nurture sales leads based on postcode areas.
- Work closely with two Sales Representatives, providing support and assisting with daily sales activities.
- Assist with updating systems and ensuring accurate records.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous office experience and/or retail experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- CRM system experience (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer interaction.
