Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key contracts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Understand and align with customers’ operational and strategic goals.
- Represent the voice of the customer within the business.
- Maintain strong links with manufacturers, distributors, and consultants in the sector.
- Survey, design, and quote for the installation, service, and maintenance of systems.
- Support the team in preparing and submitting tenders and bids.
- Assist with producing commercial forecasts.
Key Requirements
- Experience working in the security or communications sector.
- Excellent knowledge of CCTV systems, transmission, and networks.
- Experience designing or installing systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, and Fire.
- Proven ability to build quotations and construct bid submissions.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Commercially astute and confident in managing strategic relationships.
- IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- A team player committed to delivering a high standard of service.
