Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing supplier orders and monitoring stock levels.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and generate reports using Excel.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Provide administrative support within the purchasing department.
- Ideal for school leavers, college leavers, or individuals looking for their first or second office-based role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Proficiency in Excel
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and organisational skills.
