Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm
Role Overview
As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing quotations based on engineers' reports, processing accepted quotes, and coordinating the procurement of necessary parts. You will also support the additional Service Coordinators and assist in maintaining the efficiency of our service operations.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing quotations based on engineers' reports, processing accepted quotes, and coordinating the procurement of necessary parts. You will also support the additional Service Coordinators and assist in maintaining the efficiency of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue SAP quotations from engineers' reports.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain accurate product details and costs.
- Follow up on issued quotations and update the national quotation database.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across all regions.
- Process accepted quotes via SAP and order required parts.
- Manage incoming deliveries and maintain stock organisation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to the Service Department as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (SAP experience is a plus).
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in team leadership is preferred.
