Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management – Lead, develop, and support a team of sales professionals, ensuring accountability and performance.
- Sales Growth & Performance – Drive daily sales activities, monitor individual performance, and implement short-term incentives to maintain motivation.
- Revenue & Profitability – Oversee company revenue, gross profit, and price increases to achieve financial targets.
- Recruitment & Training – Hire, train, and develop team members, ensuring continuous professional growth.
- Strategy & Market Analysis – Develop and execute sales strategies, staying ahead of market trends and competitors.
- Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with other departments and report directly to the Managing Director and Board.
- Continuous Improvement – Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and business success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing and developing large sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills.
- Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and ability to adapt to market changes.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools.
- Achievement of sales revenue and profitability targets.
- Growth in key customer accounts and new market expansion.
- Increased customer retention and successful marketing initiatives.
- Employee engagement, retention, and performance improvements within the sales team.
