As a Project Manager within the De-Looping division, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring efficient and compliant execution of de-looping operations. This role requires strong organisational skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective stakeholder engagement to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in daily calls to address operational issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations to avoid penalties.
- Oversee key processes such as excavation, backfill, and reinstatement to meet industry standards.
- Provide operational support during staff absences to maintain workflow.
- Ensure work aligns with customer agreements for efficient project delivery.
- Guide the reporting team to facilitate operational effectiveness.
- Attend resource meetings to assess labor needs and allocate resources.
- Review and approve invoices, timesheets, and subcontractor payments.
- Prepare and submit weekly work reports and assist with sales forecasting.
- Lead planning meetings, manage plant hire, and address safety and compliance issues.
Qualifications & Training
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- GCSEs (Grade 9-4) or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a similar role.
- Results-driven with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
