Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, technical standards, and efficient work programming.
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients regarding project progress and compliance.
- Ensure accurate completion of operational and safety documentation.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project work programs.
- Supervise network construction to meet specifications and industry standards.
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, audits, and incident reports.
- Provide technical guidance to clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor material use and storage to minimise waste.
- Audit site activities, ensuring compliance with safety and operational protocols.
- Support staff development through training and competency assessments.
- Assist in improving processes for greater efficiency within the organisation.
Qualifications & Training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- GCSEs (Grade 9-4) or equivalent.
- Essential: NRSWA Supervisory Card, SMSTS Competency, NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- Preferred: SCO Qualifications, SHEA Gas/Power/Water, National Water Hygiene, Safe Control of Mains Connections (Water).

- Extensive experience in a similar role within the multi-utility sector.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and within budget.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments with a proactive approach.
