£24,000 per annum depending on experience


Location: Birmingham City Centre | Office Based

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the reception area, handling calls, emails, and incoming correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support across departments, including insurance, utilities, business rates, and property management.
  • Maintain health and safety compliance by managing tenant certificates and updating records.
  • Accurately input leases and other documents into the shared system, ensuring all files are up to date.
  • Handle property enquiries, directing them to the appropriate team and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Carry out general office duties, including filing, archiving, and scanning.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (knowledge of SharePoint & QuickBooks is beneficial but not essential).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work proactively.
  • A good level of numeracy.
