Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise a mixed-use commercial property portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance asset value and performance.
- Lead lease negotiations, rent reviews, and dilapidations while identifying revenue opportunities.
- Monitor financial performance, including rent collection and service charge management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with legal teams, surveyors, external agencies, and public bodies.
- Identify and execute opportunities for asset improvements and portfolio expansion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in property portfolio or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of Landlord & Tenant Law, lease management, and property legislation.
- Excellent financial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple properties and stakeholders.
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
