The Role

Your Responsibilities:
- Generate quotations and upgrades using warm leads.
- Log quotations in our sales system and follow up with clients to secure purchase orders.
- Collaborate with field service engineers and internal technical teams to ensure accurate quotes.
- Maintain exceptional customer service before and after the sales process.
- Report sales opportunities and pipeline updates to the Internal Sales Team Leader.
- Identify opportunities to develop customer accounts and improve conversion rates.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to produce accurate and detailed quotations.
- Experience in working with warm leads and following up on opportunities.
- A team player attitude with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- A results-driven mindset and eagerness to achieve targets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
