The Role

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Handling residential conveyancing cases, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and new builds.
  • Conducting title checks, drafting contracts, and managing searches and enquiries.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and compliance.
  • Providing clear updates and resolving issues proactively.
  • Maintaining accurate case records with modern tools.
