Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor water temperatures and provide accurate exception/action reports.
- Clean and descale showerheads and taps.
- Flush expansion vessels and conduct calorifier blowdowns.
- Inspect and report on cold water and calorifier systems.
- Collect and sample microbiological data.
- Remove, service, and test TMVs (thermostatic mixing valves).
- Clean and disinfect cold water storage tanks and systems.
- Conduct mains injection disinfections.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in water hygiene tasks (as listed above).
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- IT literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
- A professional, presentable demeanor to represent client.
- Full training, including confined space training, will be provided.
- Reviewing and reporting on logbooks.
- Conducting Legionella risk assessments.
- Producing CAD drawings using AutoCAD.
