Location: Tamworth, Office Based

Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build influential relationships and challenge decisions as a trusted advisor.
  • Attend critical meetings and ensure business visibility.
  • Resolve people challenges with key stakeholders proactively.
  • Provide coaching on people matters, compliance, and risk management.
  • Use data to address workforce needs and set priorities.
  • Offer creative solutions across the employee lifecycle for a better experience.
  • Deliver HR advice and support throughout the employment cycle.
  • Enhance leadership capabilities through development programs

Human Resources & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with HR team for consistent service delivery and high performance.
  • Contribute to policy formation, legislative compliance, and best practices.
  • Participate in HR projects, organizational changes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Support implementation of new HR systems, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure effectiveness of employee retention initiatives and identify cost efficiencies.
  • Provide departmental cover and produce monthly activity and trend reports for management.


What You'll Bring:
  • Minimum CIPD level 3 qualified with extensive experience in a generalist advisory role.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as manufacturing/engineering.
  • Proven track record of implementing HR strategy, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, and growth transformation.
  • Confident and proficient in training design and delivery.
  • Ability to identify development needs and plan career journeys.
  • Proficient in IT, social media platforms, MS Office, HR Systems, and reporting.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, best practices, and current employment law.
