What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- CIPD Level 3 or higher with proven experience in a fast-paced generalist advisory role (manufacturing or engineering experience preferred).
- Expertise in HR strategy, performance management, and engagement.
- Strong IT skills, including HR systems, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and employment law.
- A track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
