Your Role: HR Advisor

Your Impact on Human Resources & Reporting:
  • Drive consistency and excellence within the HR team.
  • Shape policies, ensure compliance, and deliver best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee retention and create cost efficiencies.
  • Support the roll-out of cutting-edge HR systems and tools.
  • Provide insightful reports and trend analysis for informed decision-making.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • CIPD Level 3 or higher with proven experience in a fast-paced generalist advisory role (manufacturing or engineering experience preferred).
  • Expertise in HR strategy, performance management, and engagement.
  • Strong IT skills, including HR systems, MS Office, and social media platforms.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, best practices, and employment law.
  • A track record of designing and delivering impactful training programs.
