Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
- Proactively contact businesses to understand their needs.
- Generate new leads from database of prospective and lapsed clients.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new clients.
- Identify needs, and build rapport to gain client commitment.
- Recommend tailored options to clients.
- Schedule viewings and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to shortlist options and negotiate pricing/terms.
- Ensure seamless handovers to for finalising agreements.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for viewings, deals, and revenue.
- Complete all mandatory training modules, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Follow health and safety policies to contribute to a safe workplace.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to sales.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines with ease.
- Resilience, positivity, and attention to detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous sales or B2B experience is a plus.
- Minimum Grade C in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
