As a Client Services Executive, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving client retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls and follow-up emails to ensure client satisfaction.
- Schedule courtesy calls mid-contract to address concerns and maintain engagement.
- Manage final retention calls prior to contract end to explore renewal or expansion opportunities.
- Proactively contact clients at key lifecycle points to maintain strong relationships.
- Record all interactions and client details accurately in the CRM system.
- Track contract timelines.
- Collaborate across teams to provide smooth handovers and consistent service delivery.
- Encourage client referrals through exceptional service and proactive engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong customer service ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- Resilience, positivity, and a commercially astute mindset.
- Confidence with tight deadlines and a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
