Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and resolve customer queries, providing regular progress updates.
- Manage and process sales orders, keeping customers informed throughout.
- Organise and oversee timely delivery of goods, collaborating with freight partners and warehouses.
- Monitor and update daily reports, including OTIF, open orders, order fulfilment, returns, and NCRs.
- Coordinate returns, quarantine stock processing, and equipment serial number tracking.
- Communicate machinery repair progress between engineers and customers.
- Occasionally attend Senior Management Team meetings as the Customer Service representative.
- Support procurement, sales, and other administrative tasks as part of a small, dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For:
- A self-motivated and highly organised individual.
- Experience in customer service or freight management is desirable.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and administrative systems.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
