Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries, delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships.
- Sales Process Management: Handle quotations, orders, and deliveries to meet both customer expectations and company standards.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote marketing campaigns and product offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
- Technical Support: Provide product advice or escalate to technical teams, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
- CRM & Collaboration: Maintain customer data in the CRM and share insights with internal and external teams.
- Market Insights & Stock Monitoring: Communicate market trends and stock concerns to the line manager to optimise sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage quotations, orders, and deliveries effectively.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and an understanding of their importance in maintaining customer records.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
