Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Administration: Manage and code fleet-related activities.
- Purchasing: Raise general stock and orders and process purchase invoices with precision.
- Reconciliations: Perform supplier statement reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger codes.
- Credit Control: Support credit control activities and provide essential data for cash flow forecasting.
- Expenses: Review and oversee expense claims, including CIS subcontractor payments and returns.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing year-end audit files, ensuring all documentation is electronically available and meets set timelines.
- Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Finance Team, including maintaining electronic filing systems and documentation.
- Process Improvement: Promote continuous learning, document current processes, and recommend improvements.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with various financial and administrative tasks as required.
Skills and Attributes
- Experience in a Finance Environment essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexible and proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
