Role Overview
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a robust Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO standards, supporting company growth and innovation.
  • Lead quality initiatives that drive continuous improvement, enhance supplier reliability, and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence by mentoring team members and implementing data-driven strategies for ongoing process improvements.
  • Analyse data trends to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and maintain high operational standards.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for customer quality-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and integrating customer feedback to refine product quality and system efficiency.


Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in quality management within an industrial or manufacturing setting, with a strong leadership background.
  • Expertise in ISO standards and quality certifications, such as Chartered Quality Professional, that enable you to uphold industry best practices.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, process optimisation, and supplier quality management to drive impactful change.
  • A proactive, data-driven approach to challenge and improve existing processes while ensuring the highest quality standards.
