Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety policies to ensure high standards across the organization.
- Align HSE strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
- Drive continuous improvement through long-term HSE initiatives and industry best practices.
- Monitor and advise on HSE legislation changes, adjusting company policies accordingly.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
- Maintain and update HSE records, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to all staff levels.
- Lead emergency response planning, conducting drills, and providing support during emergency situations.
- Collaborate across departments to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- IOSH Certificate/Diploma
- Demonstrable experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing high-quality reports and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
- NEBOSH Certificate
- Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and advanced Excel
- Diploma in Quality, CMI, or ILM Diploma/Certificate in Management
