Location: Tamworth, Office Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety policies to ensure high standards across the organization.
  • Align HSE strategies with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through long-term HSE initiatives and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and advise on HSE legislation changes, adjusting company policies accordingly.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
  • Maintain and update HSE records, ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs to all staff levels.
  • Lead emergency response planning, conducting drills, and providing support during emergency situations.
  • Collaborate across departments to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
  • IOSH Certificate/Diploma
  • Demonstrable experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, Kaizen, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of producing high-quality reports and presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:
  • NEBOSH Certificate
  • Experience with SAP, SharePoint, and advanced Excel
  • Diploma in Quality, CMI, or ILM Diploma/Certificate in Management
