Location: Tamworth, Office Based

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement robust quality policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality strategies align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and long-term quality plans.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate best practices.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and maintain ROSPA Gold award status.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality and HSE professionals.
  • Champion lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and expectations.

Key Qualifications:
  • NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma.
  • Proven experience with quality tools like 8D, FEMEA, Ishikawa, Root Cause, Kaizen/Six Sigma, and 5Y.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Experience working in environments conforming to management standards (ISO 9001).
Desirable:
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Diploma in Quality or a related field (e.g., CMI or ILM Diploma/Certificate in Management)
  • Experience with systems like SAP, SharePoint, and Excel
