Key Responsibilities:
- Attract top sales talent through targeted recruitment efforts.
- Revamp and enhance training programs, including engaging induction courses.
- Develop customised post-induction training and foster ongoing development.
- Implement personal development plans and conduct regular appraisals.
- Measure and report on recruitment and training ROI.
- Stay updated with training trends and best practices.
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years in sales recruitment, training, and development (media or publishing preferred).
- Qualifications in Training & Development or related field.
- Proven experience in crafting and delivering impactful sales training programs.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities.
