Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling journals, prepayments, and accruals
- Conducting bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing fixed assets and VAT returns
- Calculating WIP (Work In Progress)
- Generating KPIs and internal operational reports
- Performing intercompany reconciliations
- Assisting in credit control, customer invoicing, and cash flow forecasting
- Taking ownership of all accounts for an additional in house company ( RTC )
Skills and Experience:
- AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA part qualified preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
