Duties & Responsibilities:
- Understand key customer needs
- Plan with external sales reps for revenue targets
- Attend exhibitions and meetings
- Process orders, manage commercial conditions, and database
- Resolve customer discrepancies and coordinate deliveries
- Prepare quotes, upsell, and assist with tenders
- Liaise with departments for compliance and satisfaction
- Conduct proactive sales calls and follow-ups
- Collaborate on sales improvement strategies
- Maintain communication skills and PC literacy, ISO standards understanding
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of ISO standards desirable
