Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Cannock, Office-Based (Potential for Hybrid Working in the Future)

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm


Our client, a leading company, is seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Coordinator to join their Sales team at their Cannock office. As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless sales operations, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Understand key customer needs
  • Plan with external sales reps for revenue targets
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings
  • Process orders, manage commercial conditions, and database
  • Resolve customer discrepancies and coordinate deliveries
  • Prepare quotes, upsell, and assist with tenders
  • Liaise with departments for compliance and satisfaction
  • Conduct proactive sales calls and follow-ups
  • Collaborate on sales improvement strategies
  • Maintain communication skills and PC literacy, ISO standards understanding

Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of ISO standards desirable
