Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers, including buyers, specifiers, and sales staff.
- Handle sales order processing activities, liaising with customers and inputting orders into the SAP processing system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and basic technical issues.
- Continuously expand product knowledge on products through provided training.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Motivated to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required (training provided).
