Customer Service Administrator- Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
£24,960 per annum


Job Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Full Time

Location: Fradley, Lichfield | Office Based

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am  – 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers, including buyers, specifiers, and sales staff.
  • Handle sales order processing activities, liaising with customers and inputting orders into the SAP processing system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding pricing, product availability, and basic technical issues.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge on products through provided training.


Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Motivated to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Working knowledge of SAP preferred but not required (training provided).
