Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert product support, offering advice, guidance, and solutions for repairs and replacement parts.
- Handle customer complaints and turn difficult situations into positive experiences.
- Utilise Zendesk for computer-based data entry.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and product details.
- Coordinate couriers and consignments efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve queries.
- Stay updated with the company's product range and industry regulations.
- Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and social media.
Experience & Education:
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in Product Support or Customer Service.
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent.
- A-Level or equivalent education is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise customer needs.
- Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.
- Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently.
