Are you good at speaking to customers and pride yourself in the service you offer? Our client who are on of the largest suppliers in their field are recruiting 4 x Customer Service Advisors to join their organisation on a permanent basis.

After training hybrid working is available.

The role

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Providing a high level of technical support and customer service to customers and providing necessary updates
  • Responding to queries and complaints
  • Working to deadlines and internal KPI's
  • Liaising with internal teams to gain up to date and relevant information
  • Navigation around various in house systems confidently
  • Processing orders
  • Data entry

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and take pride in the service they offer to customers

Candidate Attributes

  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office
  • Recent customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Hours:

37.5 hours per week ( Monday – Friday )
8.30 am - 5.00 pm

Salary: £21,680 per annum
