Client Services Co Ordinator

Due to business growth our client has a need for a Client Services Co Ordinator to join their team on a Temporary basis for approximately 6 months 

Duties to include:

· Provide the necessary support and guidance to personnel, clients, consultants / subcontractors, account managers and key stakeholders.

· Maintain excellent relations with personnel, clients, consultants / subcontractors, account managers and key stakeholders.

· Work under the direction of the Technical Services Manager / General Manager according to their responsibilities as Client Service Coordinator - Technical Services

· Demonstrate excellent time management and successfully work in line with deadlines with focus upon the business objectives.

· Focus on customer satisfaction and delivering a quality service at a high standard.

· Proactively seek ways and means for continually improving the level of customer service (internal and external).

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify, develop and introduce operational improvements and cost savings.

· Undertake training to ensure skills are updated and/or maintained so to perform their job duties successfully.

· Attend internal, industry and client meetings as required as well as attend and participate in regular department meetings.

· As required, provide monthly reports to the Technical Services Manager / General Manager for their operational activities, identified anomalies and KPIs.


· Manage the administration of the company’s online Supply Chain Management systems, responding to enquiries and technical problems in line with service level agreements.

· Support the operational excellence goals of the organisation by:

· Creating processes where required

· Documenting existing and new processes

· Monitoring process efficacy and performance to drive process improvements,

· Working closely with Product Management team to support the development and improvement of the company’s online Supply Chain Management systems.

ii. Manage and coordinate the planning of training courses; arranging the courses, setting courses up and liaising with trainers and delegates, ensuring payments have been received prior to course confirmation.

iii. Handle the administration including updating the training log, creating delegate packs, and creating and submitting certificates of attendance.

iv. Monitor and accurately record and update workflow through the business, making sure to track progress so that relevant action can be taken.

v. Support marketing activities

vi. Keep up to date with industry changes for the purpose of service delivery and update qualifications and training in line with industry requirements and the changing needs of the business.

vii. Requirement to work flexibly within their working hours; however, there may be occasions where evening and weekend working is required.

Skills and experience required:

Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
I.T. experience using word, excel and outlook
Strong attention to detail

Salary: £ 20.000 - £22,000 DOE
