Customer Service Administrator

Large scale expansion has led to our client recruiting 4 x Customer Service Administrators to join their organisation on our temporary to permanent basis. This role is office based.
The Role:
To deliver outstanding Customer Service ensuring all calls are closed within SLA's
Maintaining and enhancing existing customer relationships with regards to the processing of orders, query resolution and the timely delivery of services
Managing and resolving customer complaints escalating to Operation Support Manager as required
Researching and providing customers with product and service information to meet their needs
Ensuring new services or changes to customer contracts are completed in line with process and on time
Making courtesy calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Experience
Telephone based customer service experience
Fast accurate keyboard skills
Available for an immediate start
Hours: 37.50 hrs per week : Monday to Friday
Start time between 08:00 and 09:00 - 7.5 hours a day + half an hour unpaid break
Salary: £10.77 per hour
