Hollyfield Personnel are looking for an experienced individual to join a long standing client based in the Rugeley area. Working in an open office environment you will become a valued member of a friendly, hard working team.

The working hours for this role are: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

The Role:
  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Problem solving at all levels
  • Logging information on internal systems
  • Checking information and providing up to date information
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Dealing with general issues and complaints to ensure a positive outcome
  • Responding to issues on social media when needed

  • A proven track record in customer service
  • Positive, proactive attitude - Someone who always has the customers interests at heart
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, highly organised.
  • PC literate

Salary - £20,000 - £23,000 DOE
