Operations Administrator

Due to Maternity leave we are assisting our client in the Burntwood area who are recruiting for an Operations Administrator on a 12 month FTC.
 

Duties will include 

  • Providing a high level of support to engineers
  • Booking vehicles in for service
  • Placing orders for consumables
  • Completing general office based tasks
  • Organising replacement tools
  • Updating internal systems
  • Covering ad hoc tasks when needed

 

The ideal candidate
 
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Fast accurate inputting skills
  • High levels of verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently and calmly
  • I.T. Literate
  • Strong time management ability
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Confident prioritisation skills


Hours :  28 / 32 hours per week between 8.00 am  - 5.00 pm Monday  - Friday 


Salary £21,000 - £21,500 per annum P/R
