A rare opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Administrator on a Permanent basis for our client in Fradley park.

This role offers hybrid working that is split  3 x office days and 2 x days working from home. 

The Role 

Liaising with internal and external departments
Providing a high level of customer service
Processing orders on the internal system
Checking stock availability
Data entry and processing of information onto the internal system
Sending and receiving e mails in a timely manner
Problem solving at all levels
Updating systems
Handling enquiries
Creating reports

The individual 

Previous experience in a similar role 
Excellent customer service / problem solving skills 
Fast accurate keyboard skills
Knowledge of a CRM system or Salesforce / SAP

Hours: 

Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 5.00 pm 

Salary £19,500 - £22,000 DOE
