Our client based in Coleshill have the opportunity for Customer Service Advisors to joint their team.

The role 

  • Dealing with customer service queries in a professional manner
  • Taking and processing customer orders
  • Responding to e mails in a timely manner
  • Responding to inbound calls and assisting callers
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Making outbound calls to customers to confirm all relevant information
  • Liaising with internal departments

The person 

  • Experience working within a customer service environment either retail or office based
  • Car owner due to location
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Fast accurate keyboard skills
  • Capable of working within a team environment or in a stand alone role

Salary £21,000 per annum + attendance bonus

Hours: 40 per week on a rota basis between 7.00 am - 6.00 pm Monday – Friday
