Customer Service Ambassador

Our Cannock base client are looking to expand their team and recruit for a Customer Service Ambassador to join their business on a permanent basis

Key Duties:

  • Handle high volume inbound calls from customers in a polite, helpful and knowledgeable way
  • Manage and process customer orders and enquiries
  • Follow up enquiries
  • Contact manufacturers to check part number stock availability & prices
  • Liaise with customers of order progress
  • Manage customer concerns and respond in a timely manner
  • Identify part numbers from exploded views
  • Liaise with Technical team for advice when applicable
  • Processing payments whilst acknowledging confidential legalities
  • Manage emails, & web-based enquiries


Key Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Educated to GCSE minimum Grade C or equivalent in English & Maths
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive telephone manner
  • Fully IT Literate with excellent keyboard skills
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy working environment
  • Handle complaints in a calm, professional and helpful manner
  • Ability to multitask & problem solve
  • Effective team player and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Organised and the ability to prioritise workload

Salary £20,000 per annum

Hours: 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday
