We are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity to join our client based in Shenstone - Lichfield. Our client has an enviable reputation and pride themselves in what they do. 


They are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team in the office on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Reporting to: the General Manager

 

The main duties of the role are as follows:


· Providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring quotes are produced and orders are fulfilled

· Working in a busy customer service environment, including answering telephone calls and responding to email queries

· Taking and processing incoming orders

· Liaising with suppliers & clients

· providing updates regarding delivery information

· Liaising with all departments as required internally

· Supporting sales, accounts and the internal transport team

· Stock take

· Handling all other related administration

· Excellent Customer Service

· Team focused

· Good time management and organisation skills, including meeting deadlines

 

Salary - £10.50 rising to £11.00 on conversion to permanent

Hours - 37.5 hrs per week

Full time - 9.00am to 5.00pm - 30 mins unpaid lunch

Holidays - 23 days per annum
