We are recruiting on behalf of our world wide client for an Customer Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Lutterworth

The Role:

Deliver outstanding Customer Service ensuring all calls are closed within SLA
Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships with regards to the processing of orders, query resolution and the timely delivery of services
Managing and resolving customer complaints escalating to Operation Support Manager as required
Researching and providing customers with product and service information to meet their needs
Ensure new services or changes to customer contracts are completed in line with process and on time
Make courtesy calls to customers to ensure customer satisfaction


Telephone based customer service experience
Fast accurate keyboard skills
Available for an immediate start

Hours: 37.50 hrs per week : Monday to Friday
Start time between 08:00 and 09:00 - 7.5 hours a day + half an hour unpaid break

Salary: £20,300
