Our client are a leader in their field and have a rare opportunity for a Permanent Operations & HR Administrator who is looking for a varied role. 

This role will provide support to a number of business areas and you will be involved with providing support to the Directors whilst also covering aspects of HR , Health & Safety and Facilities.

The specification of the role is primarily to assist the HR Director in facilitating the following:

The Role

  • To be part of the successful support core of this market-leading brand, carrying forward the quality of relationships that has come to be expected from such a well-respected business.
  • To support the Directors in their duties including diary management, general organisation, administration and minute taking.
  • To assist in all elements of Human Resources including meetings, documentation, resourcing, procedures, training, development and planned events for 47 employees.
  • To assist with the maintenance and compliance of the Quality Management System.
  • To assist with the maintenance and compliance of the Health and Safety policy and procedures.
  • To assist with the maintenance and compliance of GDPR regulations and the company GDPR policy.
  • To assist with general facilities management.
  • To assist with event management.

The Person

  • Enthusiasm, a 'can do' attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic are key for this role.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to keep multiple projects moving forwards.
  • Highly trustworthy with the ability to strictly protect all sensitive information.
  • Good attention to detail.


  • IT Literacy in Microsoft Office packages and IT hardware.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with attention to detail.
  • Qualifications/Experience in HR including statutory requirements, policies, procedures.
  • Knowledge and/or experience of ISO 9001 Quality Management, Health & Safety policy and GDPR regulations.
  • Excellent written English.
  • In addition to a competitive salary, this role will see you work closely with the directors of the company and build trusting relationships within the small, friendly and supportive staff team.

Hours – Monday to Friday 40 hours between 8.30am – 5:30pm

Salary - £30,000 - £31,500 + Bonus and an excellent benefits package
