Due to team growth we are assisting our client in recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their business on a Temporary basis. This role is fully office based

The role

  • Providing shipping and forwarding information to customers
  • Keeping customer details updated
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers
  • Acting as first line support on pricing, product availability and technical issues
  • Responsible for sales order processing and customer service for established sales areas
  • Liaising with sales managers on a daily basis
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service

The person

  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure
  • Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
  • A professional telephone manner is essential

Monday – Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm

Salary 10.00 per hour
