Our client based in Birmingham has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis to start on 25th April 2022.

This role is paying £18,525 per annum and offers full training and is an exiting time to join a well established and growing business. The salary will rise by £250 quarterly so within a year you will be earning £19500 .

Working 37.50 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Duties to include:

  • Dealing with internal and external clients via phone and email
  • Administering various types of documents
  • Accurately updating various contract documents
  • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate records within the department
  • General administration duties

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills – both oral and written
  • I.T. experience using word, excel and outlook
  • Strong attention to detail


  • 28 days including bank holidays

£ 18,525 per annum increasing to £19,500 within 12 months

Working Hours:

37.50 hours per week

Monday – Friday – working between 8.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. on a shift rota basis
