Our client, a successful and expanding company based in Lichfield are looking to recruit 6 Customer Support Advisors on a permanent basis.

This role after training will be working from home with odd days working in the office.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving a high volume of incoming calls from customers
  • Handling queries and transferring calls to relevant departments
  • Logging customer information on the internal system
  • Ensuring that customer details are all correct and up to date
  • Dealing with ad hoc administration duties

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Effective time management, organised, able to manage a busy workload
  • Ability to work in a target driven environment
  • Must have own Transport

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
