Due to an increase in work our client are recruiting for 3 x Customer Service Executives to join their business for up to 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in their field.

The Role

  • Answering incoming calls and providing a high level of customer service
  • Working to and achieving SLA's
  • Query management
  • Managing customer expectations
  • Completing all aspects of administration tasks
  • Making sure that customers have the correct documentation needed
  • Liaising with internal teams and external providers
  • Actioning cancellations in line with company processes
  • Dealing with late booking requests

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience gained in a telephone based customer service environment
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Team player, equally able to work on their own initiative
  • Problem solving ability
  • Good IT skills

Hours of Work:

37.5 per week ( Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 7.00 pm on a rota basis ) Saturdays and Sundays will be on a rota working 1 weekend in 3
Saturdays - 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Sundays 10.00 am - 4.00 pm

Salary: £10.57 per hour
