Duties Include:
The ideal candidate:
• Experience in administration – ideally sales administration or sales support
• Ideally will have worked within professional services
• Good telephone manner
• Can provide excellent service
• Adaptable and proactive
• Well organised
Working hours for the role are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, but with flexibility to suit
Salary ranges from £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience plus a quarterly bonus paid over 12 months

Duties Include:
- Supporting Account Managers and Account Directors with client requirements
- Creating commercial proposals and quotations
- Inputting data into the CRM system and maintaining currency
- Processing orders and assisting in the set-up of projects
- Handling new enquiries
- Collating information and producing accurate reports
- Providing excellent service at all times
- Assisting with marketing activities including proof reading, blog articles and ideas
- Helping create content and updating social feeds
- Managing customer feedback in questionnaires
- Managing the admin for events and trade shows
- Representing the business in attending trade shows and events
- Developing, building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, peers, associates, partners and other stake holders
