National Account Manager

Our client is experiencing a great period of growth and is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

Their Head office is based in Birmingham but they are looking for a National Accounts Manager . You will be based at home and expected to go into the Head Office maybe twice per week , however this varies week to week .


Duties to include:

Providing full support to National Accounts
Assisting with new client implementation
Managing the after sales process, problem solving and resolving issues
Handling any general queries on a face to face basis
Managing independent clients
Proactively working in order to generate new business
Working with Technical Teams in order to resolve any issues
Managing own diary and liaising regularly with clients
Proactively managing contract renewals
Writing reports


Key Skills

Strong Account Management experience
Excellent problem solving skills
Experience working with key stakeholders

Hours of Work:

40 hours a week – with a need to be flexible due to the industry

Salary:

£ 30,000 - £35,000 with opportunity to earn commission for maximising sales with current clients.
