Client Support Executive
Alvechurch | Permanent, full-time| £21,000 - £23,500 per annum (OTE monthly bonus )
We have an amazing opportunity to join our expanding client who is a multi award winning business based in Redditch.
Our client is looking for 4 Inbound Call Centre Advisors to join their expending team.
This is a fantastic time to join the company as they are expending rapidly.
Please note that all these roles will be office based.
Duties to include:
· Handling incoming enquiries over the telephone, via email and online
· Providing a first class customer service
· Building rapport with customers
· Working to SLA’s and KPI’s
· Resolving any issues
· Updating systems with accurate information.
Key Skills:
· Experience of working within a call centre environment
· Excellent communication skills – by phone and email
· Have a positive working attitude
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team
· Must be able to pass a credit and DBS check
Hours of Work:
Full Time – 40 hours a week working between 9am -7.30pm
Salary:
£ 21,150 + monthly bonus OTE of £23,500
