One of our prestigious client based in Tamworth are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team.

These roles are due to expansion within the business and full training will be given.

This role is a temp to perm role - when permanent £ 20,000 - £ 22,000 plus £ 150 - £ 200 bonus per month

Duties include:

· Checking signed documents

· Updating in house data base with accurate information

· Liaising with internal and external departments

· Processing and updating various forms of documentation

· Checking documents and paperwork

· Completing document and paperwork checks

· Resolving queries effectively

· Administration support to all the team

Successful candidates must have:

· Excellent communication skills – ability to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels

· Strong attention to detail

· Working knowledge of MS systems including Excel and Word
